Though it has had a release after the BakaBT ADV upload cut-off date (licensed on or before 31 December 2006) it should be fine to upload I think.
The E-D dual audio release dates from 2006, so the license date will be before that. Someone know for sure, MTR perhaps?

Video quality is not that great though, but I could offer it.

Regarding the licensing age, I'm pretty sure this OVA was first released ages ago on VHS. Note the "not left to languish in the catalogue" line in the review for the 2003 DVD release.

EDIT: Al_Sleeper confirms it, plus you can see the old VHS-era hardsubs in the DVD-rips. Which means there's no need for Song/Sign Only subs.

Anyway, I just threw together some .srts for this, since E-D's is vobsub-only:

Feel free to add them as attachments -- in addition to the normal advantages of textsubs (customizability, no aliasing), I also fixed a bunch of 3-liners and spelling/grammar errors from the DVD subs. And for those who prefer 1-line subs wherever possible, I took out some (but not all) hard linebreaks to eliminate really short 2-line subs.

Got any old fansubs on HDD/DVD/CD? Please take a look at this thread.
