Sorry if I broke any rules Newy. If so, I did so by accident, rest assured.
I looked through BakaBT's blacklist like 5 times. If the series has another name(and is blacklisted under that name), I humbly appologize.
Since I plan on requesting more series, I would very much like to know if I have broken against any rules/ codes of conduct.

Make AniDB your first stop before requesting series that are not yet completely subbed (either ongoing or recently finished that is).  
You can at least check which (if any) groups are releasing the anime in question.

And when Doki finishes it, I'm sure someone will upload it.

Doki is in the process of releasing the BD's of Qwaser. They said they will be releasing a few more episodes this Saturday, but they are far from finished.

Will the 396p be accepted here? I highly doubt it will because Doki is also doing 480p. Well they are ony at ep 5 with the 480 and 720 pees. If you (OP) want to watch it so badly, watch till 16 in 396p.
