Low ratio what can I do ?

It's come to my attention that my ratio is extremely low however this is because all the torrents I have downloaded have had somewhere in the ragion of 50 - 100 seeds. I have no cap on my upload and I leave the computer on seeding overnight but still after a week I am lucky to return 5% of what I downloaded. I wan't to make sure that this isn't going to get me banned or anything. Since I AM seeding the damn things. And if I am missing something please let me know.

1) You won't get banned (READ the damn rules..........)
2) Just keep seeding
3) Don't seed all at once. Dividing your upload on several torrents make the seeding process for the individual torrent take longer. Concentrate on those with a relative big pool of leechers (but don't forget to seed the others later)
4) Grab the Freeleech torrents
