This was requested some time ago; I had already collected the files for W Juliet, but... it was a bit messy to sort all the downloads out IIRC.
I'll see if I can at least get a clear picture of it soonish.

W Juliet has been scanlated only up to v10 ch3. It seems that MangaONE dropped it. From there on all that is available up to v14 (the end) are lower to low quality (double paged mostly, excepting second halve of v14) Viz scans with murky origins. Though the first halve of v12 has scans of a higher quality.
Edit2: I made an offer, but to be honest I'm not too happy with the current content quality.
