hurray, the doc finally got a clue !!!
Episode 7: The doc is really piecing things together now.

All in all, I had some small reservations about this show in the beginning but once you look past some of the small annoying factors in it's animation style and focus on the story, it's pretty damned good so far. It started off really really slow and even though I know what the basic premise was about I was still a bit confused as to how things would begin to pieced together by the various characters. I give the writters two thumbs up for eps 1-7. Here is hoping 8-22 can stay the course.

Seems like the bloodsuckers are making there move. It's also good to see that at least of the conventions of traditional vampire myths have been followed in this show.

For example, we now know that vampires (as is part of the traditional mythology surrounding them, need permission to enter a living a persons home in this show.

they do follow the common myths about vampires, which for once is refreshing, but I can't accept that all other vampire shows are useless about this, trying to break stereotypes even in myths is something better than the usual, I like what they said in this episode that

I wish this show was is 720p, the quality drops and watching the hideous hairstyles in low quality is making my eyes cry.

You apparently don't watch the show with much attention... He is a Daywalker... and his attitude befits the current situation. The Shiki are controlling the situation and the humans are only reacting.

What is supposed to be bad about the quality? umee's is nice and fine.

Well, Daywalker is no Shiki term (can guess where it's from?

) but Tatsumi himself said that he can walk around during the day and Natsuno even saw him observing the kids who observed the mansion.

Day Walker is just another term for a Dhampir (a vampire/human hybrid with the strengths of a vampire but none of the usual weaknesses and a diminished hunger for plasma. ex. Blade)

I watch a lot of vampire, zombie, werewolf and other types of occult movies...

the term Dhampir/Dampir can safely be translated into Day Vampire, I doubt there are people that didn't watch Blade at least in TV, it is explained even there, you can also play BloodRayne or BloodRayne2 for more myths about Vampires and Dampir's, one thing that can be safely skipped tho in Vampire Myths is that their weakness of garlic although useful for quick escape, doesn't really harm them, even for humans the smell of garlic can be really bothersome, and according to lore, vampires have a decent smell sense, much better than average humans at least.

I find it ironic, you observe someone, and that someone has someone to observe you heheh

Latest episode was nice.
The doctor wasn't ment to get killed... "Yet".. And he said nothing about the Priest O.o (I suck at names :x)
However I doubt he will get killed soon as well.. Due to the contact he has with that little girl.

I actually think that the priest and the doctor wont die i believe that them and the 3 kids will be the ones to fend the vampires off..
