Ripping subtitle timings from hard subbed video

I don't know how to use subrip.

Can someone rip the subtitle timings from this file - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YDJTZ1KM

I got a completly translated english script and will copy and paste the subtitles if someone can get me the timings.
