Toyotas Randomly Accelerating

As soon as it became a news story, every idiot that hit something with a Toyota blamed it on unintended acceleration. Odd though how it was mostly old people. Also odd that the vast majority of cases involved only Toyotas and not Lexus even though they're built from the same parts.

Wasn't the first story of a Lexus? (The cop one)

One guy got in a high speed chase with cops and said that he couldnt get his car to stop because the pedal was stuck. He then said he wanted a new car due to the stressful situation and his car being broken. Funny thing was that his car wasnt even from the year gap in which this problem was cropping up, he missed the mark by about 3 years..rofl

No one should be permitted to drive until they are able to successfully and reliably operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
The only reason such a restriction hasn't been implemented is that 75% of American drivers couldn't operate a stick shift if their life depended on it.

I can drive no problem for manual. I keep stalling when downshifting or braking. <_<
