question about burning to disk

(1/3) > >>

danworth:
Okay on alot of the dual audio content on this website when i download it works awesome i know how to listen to both thats not the issue :D

the issue is when i try to make a disk to watch it on tv with my kids instead of all trying to cram in the corner with my computer >.>.
When i burn the disk, It only plays Japanese. I am unsure as to how to burn it to where english will play on the burnt disk.
As it stands i First convert the disk to .avi so the program i use can burn .. if i dont' convert it it won't burn windows dvd creator i convert useing prism video converter.

is there a way to burn *free* to where it will have english?

jhereg:
According to the Prism website: Prism will only use the first or default sound stream of the source file. There are no options to change this within Prism at this stage.

Switch converter software.

Al_Sleeper:
Or use MKVTollnix to change default settings for audio tracks.

That sounds a whole lot easier.  :)

In case your computer is rather close to your TV you could purchase a VGA and a sound cable. Thus, you wouldn't have to do all the extra work. Plus, you wouldn't need to burn CD/DVDs endlessly.
