Can't download?

that's odd - are you using a proxy or something of that sort? and are you sure you are using 2.02 and not for example 2.2?

nope never figured out how to use proxies in the first place xD

and yep the information on utorrent says 2.02. should I try reinstalling it or something?

Yeah, try that. Uninstall, restart your comp, install the newest stable build.

BTW don't use a fake uTorrent. I remember there's a version of BitComet that disguises itself as uTorrent (though last I checked it disguised itself as uTorrent 1.8.5 to peers, not necessarily to the user). Download uTorrent directly from the uTorrent website. Just the default download should be fine, don't use 2.1 unless you absolutely need some of its new features.

Just covering another base here.
