Inception

Heard nothing but good reviews of this movie, it's going to be the first hollywood movie i'll be downloading in a long time.
This movie strikes home for me because my grandfathers know how to do inception.

What? Do you mean:
(click to show/hide)That the rolling was a form of falling? Or are you saying the rolling around was retarded? I've also thought a bit about it and his kids are the same age as they were in his memories - but we don't know how long he's been gone. For all we know it's only been a couple months. More importantly, though, he walks away from the top before it stops spinning - something he's never done before. Clearly, whether he's dreaming or not, he simply doesn't care anymore. So I guess that's 'good enough', neh?

The reason he walked away is because Nolan wanted a close up of the top. There's no real meaning to it.

Except for the fact that everything that you are shown is meant to be shown that way to tell you more about whats going on and what the characters are thinking? Everything a writer and/or director does in a movie/ a book/ etc has meaning and symbolism that you can pull out of it silly.
