Soundtracks to Japanese Cinema...

Are they permitted to be uploaded by themselves if there are no anime/manga tie-ins? I have 3 scores I'd like to offer, but do not want to waste time ripping them if it's not allowed.

We allow things if there is *some* relation to an anime or manga.

So, the soundtrack of a movie that was made into an anime, yes.  The soundtrack of a movie that is merely Japanese, no.

So the soundtracks to the films Azumi and Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl would be fine because both were adapted from a manga.
