Upload problem

I'm trying to Upload Fullmetal Alchemist manga but it's not working.  :-\
I'm using uTorrent 2.0.3, that is on the whitelist, it shows that it have peers online but the torrent don't connect to the Peers.  :-[
It don't show any error message, it say that the tracker is working  and I tried some things that I read in the wiki and faq but it's not working.
It say in the status that is seeding the torrent but Peers remaing 0, but the site and the uTorrent show that there Peers online downloading the torrent.
I also tried one of the Bit torrent in the whitelist but dind't work too.
I don't now much about torrent and don't now what to do anymore, so somene help please.   :-[

I don't think that 2.0.3 has already been whitelisted yet.

Well, it does show in your profile, so you're connecting to the tracker.  My guess is that none of the 4 leechers wants to connect to you - they've got 122 other choices,  so the odds aren't in your favor.  If you're patient enough, someone will come along and download from you, but it'll take a while.

Since you're not yet warned, it'd be a good idea to download a few freeleech torrents, just for seeding.  Your ratio will not go down at all from downloading them, and they usually have enough traffic to generate some non-zero amount of upload credit for you.

Would it be possible to add an 'updated date' on the whitelist.php so that we could compare it to the wiki when we need to  ::)
