It is entirely possible, yes.

That's not bad. I go up around there in two weeks, going 24/7. It helps to seed a ton of stuff, because the more stuff you're seeding, the higher the chance a random leecher comes along and grabs something you're seeding.

Not being recent isn't as big of a problem as the popularity of the torrent. Try going for mainstream stuff.

And yes, the more seeders a bonus torrent has, the less likely it will remain a bonus torrent. On a bonus torrent with zero leechers, it stays bonus when the number of seeders is less than 5, exclusive, I believe. But remember seeders come and go too, so it will likely go back and forth between bonus and non-bonus.
