BrownMasterV:
Hmm...I'm using 3.6 and I have only 2 addons, never had a crash. This laptop is a piece of shit, too. Try downloading an older version of firefox?

newy:
It also depends on your PC how long ff needs (to load ajax pages)

I'm using vanilla firefox 3.6. No extensions, no themes. It doesn't even have flash. It's also a fresh install with a new user profile.

Definitely a bug, i've currently calmed the problem by going to Tools > Tabs > Unchecking all boxes.
See if it fixes the problem.

bork:
FF 3.6 has some problems.  Mine is that if I exit after browsing for more than 5 minutes, it does not terminate its process.  The browser window goes away but the process is still running and will run the cpu to 100%.  If I browse for under 5 minutes it will terminate.  Stopped using Firefox.
