Yes, get a better ISP. And read rules, that's very important.

If you think the slow speeds are caused by a lack of people to upload to then download some freeleach stuff and seed that back, the more files you seed (within reasonable limits) the more leachers you can upload to.

but the problem right now im having is low of disk space. since i need to upload the file so i cannot remove the file from my computer until my ratio is in good condition. in other word i cannnot download anymore file until the upload is complete.

You can download stuff on this tracker without an account (or while logged out)...
Then you'll get a public key. Your download then will not be tracked...

that why i need to know how to increase my upload speed. if i not mistaking the the maximum upload speed for this ISP 1MB/S but i never achieve 100% of that uploading speed. the fastest i can get is 1kb/s so anyone tell me how can i achieve 100% uploading or a least 10%?

also i using the biggest hdd for 10inch laptop. i dont want to buy a bigger laptop because is heavy and consume to much space.

Unless you really are getting no leechers, have you even tried checking your settings to make sure that your max upload rate is unlimited (or at least set to a higher number?)

I don't want to start a new thread for something similar so I'm hoping someone here could help me out. I've been a member for a little while now and I used to get upload speeds (actual upload speeds, not what online testing apps tell me) of 1-2MB/s. And this was in my dorm. Recently they did an upgrade to a 10Gb/s line, but all of a sudden my upload speeds to bakabt and others are like 100-115Kb/s on a good day. WTF? I even used to use a VPN which worked magically and now that isn't getting even seeders from bakabt. I don't know whats going on, but I really like seeding and having high ratios. Kinda don't know if the school implemented any throttling (I always assumed they did and my VPN was working around it) but now I'm at other locations and my connection speeds are crap too. Im on the latest of utorrent for mac and I'm afraid of downgrading. But at my dorm I even had a port forwarded and nothing seems to be doing the trick. Any help would be really really appreciated. Thank you!
