Explain that one. What "Gang"? from what I've seen theres is only 2 factions and there really hasn't been any internal conflict at all.

Zess, the main character, the king and queen for christ sakes, what other gang is there.

Well Theres the 4 man squad that was formed, since they already trying to show each others "balls" I'd call them a "gang"
But since we don't have that much view time of them in school, only quick flash backs, the idea of them as a gang isn't that strong of a notion. I'd say the only one being manipulated is Zess since he's the only one out of the loop.

So this was the last ep. right? UNless they make more sometime in the future, right?

Is it just me, or did this seem to fizzle to you too? I mean I've heard of in medea res to start a story, but not to end one. I think they left enough plot threads hanging to start another series, but will they?

But take my take with a grain of salt. I think almost all anime representations of war to be faulty at best. The closest one I felt to be most true was Zipang. I have a hard time believing that most of the 'enemy' generals are arrogant and greedy, as depicted in anime. Yes I can believe this from third world nations, but not nations that are global players, which are always the case in anime. People have this habit of not doing business with you if you act like a gangster and rob the customer after they buy/sell you something. You do not become a world class player that way.

Sure this may be just fine for 10-12 year olds, but it lost appeal to older veterans such as myself.

But I can't say I won't watch more if they make new eps. There might still be hope.

During the credits at the end, were those Vietnamese names? At least one or two was. Has South Korea already gotten too expensive to work on anime projects?

Tatsujin:
Yup. Last episode. Waiting for Coalgirls to finish. gg finished theirs but ... yea, not gonna go with them and end up seeing trolled scenes.

Blitzz:
Coal Girls used gg subs also, the release isn't worth the HDD space if the video quality is just a little better
