How decent are the specs?

Hi guys, I'm bout to buy a PC but being computer illiterate I have no idea if the specs are as good as what the seller says.

Specifications as follows:

AMD Athlon X2 250 Processer 3.00 GHz
2 Gigabyte RAM
Seagate 500 Gigabyte Harddisk
BioStar Motherboard
On-board Sound
XFX 512MB Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT
550W PSU

Considering this would only cost me $400 is it worth it?

Yup, not bad for the price(though I have only an idea about prices here, which sometimes are a bit high), only thing it lacks is a bit more RAM, but you can take care of it yourself later if you decide you need it.

Not bad. Who makes its? Whats the warranty like? Does it come with an OS?

Doesn't look bad, except is it DDR2 RAM or DDR3?

If it is DDR3, i would say it is a decent buy if you are talking US Dollars.  If it is DDR2, you should keep looking.
