How decent are the specs?

Often times what the manufacturers report as the required PSU is a bit inflated. That above link will give you a better idea for all customizations.

If you Google about abit, you can get a good deal on parts,
its a real sense of achievement building your own rig!!

But I dont know your skills or if You can be bothered to compare and research parts
Which I find is the main 'put off'  for people not doing it xd!

Seriously consider making it future proof,  it may be worth the little extra cost
And you never know what You might need of to do!!! >_<!!
