Seedbox won't download from BBT
fice:
Let me just start off by saying I've read the FAQ.
I checked the list of approved clients and I didn't see ruTorrent v3.0 on the whitelist or the blacklist. Any torrent I download and add to my seedbox won't download. At first I thought it might be because it's from different IPs, but then I setup firefox using my seedbox's proxy. Still wouldn't download. I've never had this problem before and it's really irking me. But I add the torrent to my home pc and it immediately maxes my connection. It's just a pain because I can just make a new torrent from my seedbox and I'm ready to go. When I download it on my home pc I have to upload the files via FTP and that takes a while (esp. when it's 5+gigs).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
fice

Let me start off by saying you can prove that by quoting a certain phrase from it (you will know which one when you see it, as it will tell you to). Then again, that's not necessary, because this isn't answered in the FAQ.

This is the problem. Anything on the Whitelist is explicitly allowed. Anything not on the Whitelist is implicitly not allowed. Anything on the Blacklist will never be allowed. This covers every possible case - yours falls in the second.
This tidbit of info should really be thrown onto the Whitelist page or the Wiki/FAQ...

Well I've used ruTorrent before and it's never been an issue... Up until a few days ago it won't connect at all. How does mine fall in the second if it's not on either list?

A whitelist means that only what's on the list will be allowed, if it is not on it, then it is not allowed.
A blacklist means that it will never be allowed ever.
So your version of utorrent isn't allowed, since it's not on the whitelist, but it could be allowed in the future (maybe far future), since it isn't blacklisted, so start using an earlier version of utorrent instead for your seedbox, and check every once in a long while to see if later versions are allowed, so you can upgrade.

Ah, sorry, let me (slightly) rephrase what I said.

Just in case it's still not clear, by "the second" I meant "the second case," not "the second list." Interpreting it as the latter is more or less a case of a poor understanding of English.
For the other part, you mean you've used ruTorrent for BBT torrents before, and that was fine? I can't help you there.
