Bonus points redeemed. Points gone. Same ratio.

I have checked the FAQ section and searched for bonus point related forums for my problem but have found none. I hope this aint a repost >.<

At 0314 GMT +8 on August 4th I redeemed 1600 worth of bonus points but with no change to amount of data uploaded or my ratio. I mainly rely or bonus points to increase my ratio instead of uploading normal torrents so this kinda hurt. Can anyone help me with this?

It logged correctly that you exchanged 1600 points for 10GB.

Keep in mind that the 'status bar' at the top right is cached. Your ratio is now 0.376, which I think is correct.

At time of redeeming my ratio was at 0.394 with 42.47gb up and 107.71 down. Anyway since you checked the logs and i did indeed redeemed it, I apologise for the inconvenience I have caused. Thanks man.
