I tend to get KFC nearly every night... although it's tasty I know the amount I eat isn't healthy for me.
I don't seem to put on weight but it (among other things) are probably destroying my insides.
Just wait until you hit age 30. Your metabolism will come to a screeching halt, unless you keep up with exercise and eating right.
To everyone: The lesson to be learned, kids, is that your parents were right -- get into healthy eating & exercise habits while you're still young, because it gets a hell of a lot harder to get motivated to change when you get older and have more shit to keep you busy, and when you get older, you'll probably actually care by then. /end soapbox
