Ribfest
Scudworth:
I love making my own ribs. I pick up some good quality ones from a butcher and boil them for about an hour and a half, then marinate them over night.
a few hours in a broiler or bottom rack of an over and they are literally fall of the bone.
you pic a rib up and it just slides right off. So god damn good!
I wish I were eating them right now, maybe with a side of cheese and chive mashed potatoes to help take care of the extra BBQ sauce.
I HUNGER FOR RIBS!

I've never had pork ribs OR pork bacon.
I have had beef ribs (love 'em), steak (rare, please!), and turkey/chicken/beef/lamb bacon.
