100 mbps Down and 10 mbps up? With Cable and phone for $40? That's better than what most people have in the USA for a hell of a lot cheaper.

Yeah, we were kinda lucky. Our property owners signed a contract with Telia, so everything is like 50% less.
But the rent is hell >_> $1500

I pay like $120 from a company called Comcast... to get about 18 Mbps Down and 4 Mbps Up.... Cable and then phone... At least my seedbox has a 100 Mbit connection.

My connection is ~$38month for internet only - "up to" 200mbps up/down to Lithuania, "up to" 80mbps up/down to everywhere else.
When I had DSL I had to almost stop torrents to play online games without lag (and the lowest ping I saw was around 80ms), now I do not have to do that and the ping times are less then 40ms for some servers.
