You could find a torrent where the content is available on BBT, leech it, but then you have to hash check it with a torrent you've downloaded from here, thus seeding to get rid of your warning. Good torrents would be THORA files since they're big. A few people here including myself have been releasing BakaBT torrents to TokyoTosho/NyaaTorrents for public leeching to bring more attention and traffic to BakaBT. Maybe grab those files when you see them?
Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not much of an expert but what is "hash check"?
We also have to seed something we've downloaded from here?

If the folder you're downloading to already has at least some of the files in the .torrent, the client will be able to notice them with a hash check and count them as already downloaded. Most clients do this automatically, and you should be able to do it manually as well (Force Recheck).
Hash is the checksum of a file, basically a unique generated value for a given volume of data, and the torrent client uses it to recognize the pieces. So if some of those pieces are already present and give that specific hash, they will be counted.
Checksums are also important to verify files, so if some are corrupted, you will be able to recognize those.
With anime files the checksum used is mostly crc (as seen in the filenames), in other areas the old md5 is still widely used.
For file verification among the most popular applications are rapidcrc and HashTab, both integrate into the right-click menu, and HashTab also into Windows shell.

Dude, you're thinking too much.
All you have to do is pick a torrent, find and get the files however the heck you want (Limewire, Megaupload, other torrent sites, whatever), and then start seeding them here. The Wiki covers how to do the last part. Alternatively, you can look for torrents whose files you already have. As long as the files are exactly the same as listed on the torrent page, you can seed them. Generally, if you download the same format (codec) files from the same fansub group, you'll have the same files.
