No, because what you seed would be accounted to those trackers.

If you want to help your ratio seed to This site. You can download the files from wherever the hell you want and do a reseed here.

That would be because they aren't webpages, but rather the announce URLs for the torrents.

Ratio = Uploaded / Downloaded

Basically, the amount you upload divided by the amount you download. If your ratio is poor, you need to seed more.

The only really important info is what is under the "You are warned" header. Just seed stuff until the red triangle next to your name goes away. Seriously, it's not that hard.

Read the damn Wiki (properly this time) if you want more options to fix your ratio. There are no other methods than what is already listed. Search "Fixing your ratio."
