If you want them, the BDs have been done for awhile. CGi's version is up on BBT main, even. There are also a couple of offers up for the BD version of the OVA that haven't been approved yet.

As I understand it, the animation wasn't such that everyone thought it really needed BD quality to begin with, so maybe that's why? I haven't personally watched the BDs yet, so I can't speak from experience.
I enjoyed it, but not enough to watch it twice in six months... x.x

The BD is clearer and better, more detailed and what not, also if you are into ~~porn~~ echii, it's uncensored.

But to me, the only reasons to watch BDs are:
-Saeko bashing Zombies
-Saeko herself
-Rei's bitch slap in Bluray quality.
