It's HotD. If they had to focus more on ass kicking, they'd probably make those bounce too. Somehow they found a way to ecchi-fy pretty much every scene I remember in the show. Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is obviously rather subjective.

/serious: She is a sort of innocent kind of adorable, nice relief for an otherwise ecchi-intense show.
Alice's intro rather ticked me off. Then it quickly turned into awesome.

Saeko is all fine and all, but Alice doesn't have much screentime at all, not even in the manga, she needs bigger paycheck :)

Cute girls =/= good anime
Anyways, HOTD needs to return to being serious. It was really good during the first 3 episodes, then we traded that for bath scenes and outrageous boobs. Hell, like I said before, even the OVA is pure fap material. Give me storyline, dammit!

yes, it is wierd, if you're gonna watch it approach with caution as it's ecchi.
