K-on! is very moe. That's... I suspect that's the whole point of the show. IIRC one of the characters literally turns into what's supposed to be a moe blob at some point. Polar opposite of HotD, IMO.

i deleted it after waiting for so long for the offer to be accepted. anyway, i'm not really in to music anime.

-shrug- It definitely isn't for everyone. You can always grab an ep and see. It's pretty much the same tone throughout the entire show. Very "my pace", IMO.

OVA? It's a full series. It's amazing, but IMO the dub is what makes the show. So much win.

Okay I just got done watching EP's 1-9 (English Dub) of HSOTD and let me say, good show. lol
I'm not one for Ecchi shit but none the less... I LOVE ME SOME KILLING OF THE ZOMBIE KIND.

Plus I converted it to 720P (I had it at 420P) and it looks amazing! lolz
Now I just gotta wait for the last 3 EP's to come out.

I've seen episode 1 of the dub and just like always, Sentai did a great job (I will go to hell and back for the Clannad dub).

wrong! Im an English-dub hater. . . Mexican-dub lover

wont get into it much but english dubs about high schoolers dont sound like high schoolers. . .they sound like mature men/women voicing kids, plus the way you pronounce names in Spanish is pretty much the same as they are pronounced in Japanese (unlike english and Japanese) so I dont like when they say "HISASHI" in english

Thanks. If I feel like it I might do a search. I probably won't, since I expect I'll grab the series on DVD or BD when it comes out over here, just for kicks. Plus I'm not really a fan of dubs to begin with, anime or otherwise. If I could I'd probably watch shows raw, but at the rate I'm going it's ten years too early for that.
I haven't been able to properly focus on learning a new language in the last decade, and Mandarin seriously gets in the way when it comes to re-learning kanji.
