well i was close. About 3 pages of posts while i was gone. Surprisngly not all about bewbz!

It was obvious from the promos and trailers before the series even started that it would be heavy on the fan service-even the opening shows you a large amount of it. Not being a huge fan of it, I almost skipped it-but then I watched the first episode, and I am glad I did.
True episode 7 was testing my patience as it seems it has more T&A than usual, but I won't drop it because I knew going in that it had fan service in abundance.

Also +5 to Saeko for being such a badass in a thong.

I never did watch the promo's and didn't realize it was so T&A focused untill i started watching it and was pointed to the directors pathetic pervy comments. Right now i dont expect this show to be much mroe than a slightly above average action flick with all the absurd ecchi in it. Im actually craving a decent zombie anime now. Are there any out there? Is corpse princess one? Hell, i still cant pick a group to go with for this. I prefer TMD's over GG's translation, but they only offer a kinda crappy looking 720p version with ugly deinterlacing lines, or a low rez 400p avi version.. i wish they had a regular version out there, then id just go with them

@ the comment on the manga only being about 26 chapters and it taking about 3 years to even get that (yay pointless hiatus's) .. yeesh i wasn't aware of that. So are we looking a Berserk lvl of release schedule here? Its not like this is some epic masterpiece like Berserk, Its just some zombie killing with T&A. Wtf is taking so long? IM guessing were gonna get a pretty crappy conclusion at this rate then. Maybe the pervy director will just pull it off track into a huge orgy or something

If I knew it was gonna have such a negative impact on you I probably wouldnt have posted those quotes. But if u were expecting some sort of dark post-apocalyptic horror show your disappointment is understandable. Expectations are a dangerous thing.

As for me I got exactly what I was expecting and more. Tits & ass, zombie smashing and then more tits , not to mention Saeko. There's more to this anime than that tho. If people could get pass all the fanservice, I'm sure they would like it. Of course a lot of folks cant because it's too over the top and they find it distracting I guess.

I only started reading the manga last month but from what I heard it takes 2 months for every release. Idk why it takes so long, probably coz there's 2 guys working on it. And idk about Berserk's manga, HotD's the only manga I ever read that's how much I love this anime, but I'm watching the anime right now, I'm at episode18 and I cant wait to see the nice boat.

thats the problem, since i didn't see any promos, i just heard about a zombie anime i went in thinking 'sweet, this should be a cool action flick with zombie bashing and maybe if im lucky cool characters and maybe some drama.

I got gross torpedo boobs thrown in my face constantly and durring very inapropriate times. To the point where it was actually interupting the zombie bashing to put gross cow udders in my face. I was very disappointed.  Im still wondering if there is a decent zombie anime out there. Does anyone know? I do have coprse princess but havent checked it out yet because im not sure if its about zombies really.

Berserk is a pretty awesome manga, i only read bits and pieces of it, but i was using it as an example because its been onging for 20 god damn years! The lazy fucking artist takes huge hiatus's over and over again. I think the last one was like 5 months to go play Idolmaster on xbox or something. The slow pace of this manga seems to be along the path of Berserk =P

and no i havent seen past 3 yet, i just cant decide what to watch, TMD or GG. GG's screw up really pissed me off and makes me want to do TMD, but like i said their filetypes screwy (720p or 400p, blea). I also watched them with a buddy who said he wanted to see them with me so i was kinda waiting to watch them with him again, but havent had a chance. Ive been busy, then was out of town since Thursday and havent got around to it yet. Actually i've been watching Seitokai Yakuindomo a lot in my spare time. Comparing the first several episodes between 3 different groups to pick one to go with. I do notice for HOTD, TMD has shot up past GG in score rating. So im guessing GG has continued to drop the ball on their subs

I figure when i do get around to watching a few more i should know in 2 or 3 more if i want to even continue or if the gross torpedo boobs will do me in =P

20 years WOW. I didnt know there was any manga lasting that long, but sometimes if u want quality u need to wait, I guess. Now I really got to check it out coz the anime was great.

Well if u get pass episode 6 and 7 I think you'll be good to go. But if u ever decide to drop it try the manga maybe it wont bother u as much who knows.

I agree with the shootout segment you mentioned. It was a bit over the top even for me. Which is saying something lol. Still, on some level I sort of enjoyed it .... I think the director just coined the Matrix Boob Effect. 

You can't expect a little kid in the second grade to think rationally and mature in a situation where zombies are about to eat everyone and not cry about her fears about being left all alone again.

Personally, I don't think Saya did much this episode except show a bit more backbone and fight on the front line for once. Which let's be honest, aside from mega-death-cannon-drill I don't think she personally killed a zombie till she

And don't misunderstand me here, I think Saya is an awesome character. But her strength lies in bossing the group around, not combat. But she didn't really do much at all this week except act all Tsundere.

Rei sort of redeemed a little bit of herself in my eyes this week as well. She can still go fuck herself though. And Takashi can go fuck himself now as well.

havent seen the episode yet ( just got up 30 mins ago) so I don't know what youre talking about but her arc isn't that far off, first should be a bit more about Saeko tho, I'm worried, I'll see in a few mins what this is all about, but Saeko is kickass and they should have never skipped this scene !

next is Saeko's episode and then Saya's House arc, so far they stick to the manga, I'm glad, and I agree with the Saeko's bouncy boob and bullets were too much, but it looked cool, kinda, next episode will be great, I hope they won't skip the 2 zombies, but as it's the anime version they could replace them with other zombies, those that read the manga will understand :]

yeah, it does look silly to me, but if they plan to make all chapters so far into a 26 eps it doesn't change that much, but if they continue like this they will end up doing it in an original way instead of keeping close to manga, also, there were never this many guys at the fence and they use flamethrowers or something lke that, and here, what was that ? snow balls ? I fear they will even alter the park scene where Komuro and Saeko were alone and the little things about Saeko were revealed, if they do that, I'm gonna write them an email and nerd rage !
