Well he said he was trained by a Blackwater expert for an entire month all sorts of projectile weaponry. And Blackwater is basically one of the best private military companies in the world. They even train military personnel and provide security in a large number of military operations.
So, him getting trained by one of there best, makes me believe it entirely possible he can head shot from 200 yards away easily given he has a capable scope, rifle and the appropriate rounds to do so.

I guess you're right but still it's just a month some people train for years and cant even come close to that. I guess that's why they say he's a genius.

Guys...this is a cartoon about a zombie apocalypse with women whose breasts are larger than my torso. Why are you worrying about how a guy can shoot a gun?
I only say this because my friend IMs me every five minutes to rage about the guns >_>

I can proudly say I wasn't part of the out-of-hand-ness of those discussions
My point is that barely ANYTHING is realistic in this show, so why are we making such a big fuss over the guns? :s
