my torrent doesn't seed at all

That's because it hasn't been whitelisted yet. When it does you should be able to seed properly again.

i just noticing something when i stop other torrent my bakabt torrent start to upload. is there posibilty other tracker are blocking bakabt torrent?

i dont think so, because i still using utorrent 2.0.2
