my torrent doesn't seed at all

You know, something I noticed a while back, especially in situations like this where seeds vastly outnumber leechers, you'll pretty much get zero upload until the thing is completely finished.  Then, once you actually become a true "seed", people will finally start connecting to you.  So don't worry too much if you're not uploading much before you've actually finished the download.

i dont no know what going on. but after i change into utorrent 2.0.3 my upload speed return back to normal. and not only that, my tv nihon torrent start to download. do i really need to update my bitorrent client every time they release a new one?

No, don't do it right away because it won't be accepted immediately for BBT torrents.

And it's not like the latest is always the best. When i had 1.8.5 (actually, i still do) i got full speed. I upgraded to utorrent 2.0 because i thought New=Awesome. My speed hardly reached its maximum while connected to 100+ BBT seeders. I downgraded back to 1.8.5 and everything is at max speed again.
