Lol this reminds me of a russian teacher I once had. His accent was horrible and since he was a math teacher it involved long derivations of formulas and such. He would ALWAYS make mistakes somewhere along the line rendering the answer useless and he had to do it all over again. Nobody learned much during that class.

Lol Russian scientists at least were some of the smartest people in the world in cold war times, probably still are.

Not saying he wasn't smart but he just wasn't teacher material. Which is a big problem. People that can't teach shouldn't teach because students either fail that class or don't learn anything or both. And because I study physics understanding what is happening is really important. Without understanding I won't get further than passing exams.
