I screwed up

I was on vacations and I eliminated all my torrents and files. I can't download, I can't seed. I've read the Wiki and the "dog at my files" thread. I get an error message from BitTorrent "impossible to save files on F:". But wtf? I'm not saving files on F:. I've even unchecked the started torrent (following instructions for fixing my ratio). Right now, donating is impossible for me. I do not have permission to shop online. Any kind of purchase.

WHAT DO I DO?

I have NO files that match the adopt list.

EDIT: Well, you have not been warned so you should be able to DL normaly.

Simply download something new and seed that...
You only leeched a few GB, warnings will only kick in once you download more than 25 GB.

try if your torrents work with µTorrent and/or check the settings on your BitTorrent.

Thank you all so much! I'm now using uTorrent. I promisse to NEVER erase my torrents again (for a LONG time). xD

Adopting has nothing to do with fixing your ratio. Just throwing that out there.

That is a common misconception, by adopting you're obligated to have the files you plan to adopt, and then you may as well seed...
And by seeding, guess what - you can help raise your ratio...

However, torrents offered for adoption usually aren't the most popular ones, to say the least...
