I managed to track down this release, but it ends up that it is actually the Diebuster movie and not the Gunbuster one. It even starts with the five minute long intermission.

Besides the big labeling mistake on the BDLiVE's part, the movie seems to be fine. I didn't notice any major problems with their OCR while I was skimming it. Although I didn't watch it all the way through so I can't be sure. This uses plain SRT subtitles, nothing fancy.

Edit: After watching it a bit more I noticed that are missing lines in the subtitles whenever signs appear on the screen. However, I was able to sync up THORA's subtitles to the rip without much trouble.

ah, i really didn't expect this mistake, sorry.  :(
Since i already have a 1080p release of Diebuster (Diebuster.The.Movie .2004.1080p.BluRay. x264-CiNEFiLE), i'm no more interested in this one.

BTW, now i'm still looking for a FullHD/1080p version of Gunbuster...
