Rules on complitations?
« on: August 24, 2010, 12:19:21 AM »
What are the rules on compilations? Like a compilations of OVA's + Movies + Series in one torrent? I feel like I remember seeing one awhile ago. Not necessarily with all that in it, but I think it was like OVAs and Movies? I was wondering if they are allowed and under what circumstances they are allowed? I do not mean compiling others torrents into one torrent. I mean let's say you have a like(You know those special boxes they sell sometimes with like everything related to a manga in it) <====That. Would you be allowed to put it up for approval? I asked on the IRC and someone said something about the quality has to be better?

We generally like grouping like things together.

So, a music collectionMovie collectionArtbook collection?  Good.

Putting manga with movies, or such, is generally frowned upon, though.  There were some of those around from the old days, but I think we've separated out most of them.

A series and OVAs might go together, or OVAs and movies, but movies and series are usually separated from what I've seen.
I’m in your noun, verb-ing your related noun.

We prefer individual torrents when it come to movies, OVAs and series, manga and hentai. But for music, collections are preferred.
