Just finished DLing it myself and ready to seed here when it goes live. Little too lazy to make up an offer for it right now myself, but I might in the next day or so if one hasn't cropped up. I'm assuming some one with a flashier description than what I would make wants to do it as well.

???? Okay, I have to admit I didn't bother checking the DNU list since we have like 3 torrents for it, but it's on the list.. AND we have active torrents.

From what I understand we're waiting for Funi to list the license on their site. It was reported by ANN that Funi got the license, but Funi hasn't confirmed yet

Weird I did a search for Haibane before posting this and never saw that post. Ah well.. Sucks to be us.

Sometimes searches are forum specific. You might have missed that one since its in the Uploaders forum instead of here in Requests.
