I accidentally moved all my files from the torrent folder to an anime folder I have. I renamed some of them too. (Put it in 01 - "Episode Name" order)

I realized that I removed the files from my seed folders, so I tried to drag back the files into the folder... and it's not working. It says "seeding" but it's not... registering with the site. I even renamed the files back to their original names, and it's not working.  :P

How do I reactivate the seed without re-downloading everything?

..also sorry if this topic has been discussed already, I searched around for it but couldn't find anything.

Force re-check (in µtorrent).

What do you mean
It says "seeding" but it's not... registering with the site.

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

I force re-checked and it's now seeding, but when I go to Bakabt.com and check active seeds it doesn't show up.

Did I mess the tracker up? I don't know

Perhaps you downloaded a public torrent. What does the torrent tracker say? Check under trackers. Also, it would be much easier if you mentioned which client you're using.

Just throwing out there that the Wiki covers everything, including how to properly ask a question on the help forum (you know, include as much relevant info as possible, like tracker error/status, client, OS, connection info, firewall, network, etc.). And you were supposed to read it.

sorry I didn't know this was a strict bureaucracy...

Instead of having a "Need Help? Ask Here" thread you should just post a huge link to the wiki with the caption "figure it out yourself"

Rather than bureaucracy, we just appreciate it when people take the time to read the materials that are provided and that they are supposed to read so we don't have to waste our (volunteered) time telling them that it's there. That's all, really.

It'd be nice if you can realize that. It'd be nice if the dozens of other people with the same questions can realize that too. It'd also be nice if you all realized that you can usually solve your problems in an hour or so using those resources rather than several days using the forums, which usually points back at the resources anyway. Either that or quote from it.

Side note, even if the link to the Wiki was made larger, I doubt anyone will see it, since people always manage to somehow miss the "READ BEFORE POSTING IN THIS FORUM" in bold letters.

Sorry, I'm just feeling kinda bitter today for some reason. Don't mind me.

Anyway, back on topic. If you're still having problems, post the relevant info that was asked for, please.
