Probably due to the movie being a co-production of Japan and the U.S.

I tried offering it once but was rejected. I'll offer it again later and see. Now that there are many more similar exceptions it should go through.

1. Is it still considered unsuitable for BakaBT?

2. Does anybody have a better version than 320x240 rip with English dub only?

IMO

This is unsuitable for BBT ... due to the fact the original language is English & audience intended for is US.
