Ratio not updating; partial downloaded torrent

(1/2) > >>

7godeohs:
I am currently seeding a Freeleech torrent that I partially downloaded - meaning that the torrent consists of multiple files and I only chose to download one, but that one completed just fine.

In BakaBT the file is listed under 'Leeching' which makes sense since I didn't download all the files.  However, it shows the the correct amount of data uploaded, but my ratio for this torrent is listed as "" (I assume that means zero).  The tracker listed in uTorrent is correct (tracker.bakabt.com) and my key is the same as the key listed in uTorrent.

Here's some helpful info:

Client:  uTorrent   (Supported)
Tracker:   tracker.bakabt.com  (Correct, not a public torrent)
Key:    My key in Bakabt is the same as the key listed alongside the tracker in uTorrent  (both end in faa)

What are my options?

If there is any other info that would be helpful, please let me know.  I'm currently brushing up against my Comcast 250GB/mo cap (too many torrents and Windows ISO's this month) and I'm all about sharing, but I'd like to have it reflect against my ratio - I've already seeded 4GB's of a 1GB file.  One of my reasons for downloading this torrent (besides the fact that I wanted it) was that it was heavily leeched and I wanted to increase my ratio.

Note:  I read the Bakabt FAQ already, the list of known issues in the FAQ, the forum post in this category about known issues and I still haven't found an answer.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Tabs don't work too good, they're glitchy.
Ratio isn't instantly updated. Takes quite a while.

Freedom Kira:
Eh. You downloaded a freeleech, meaning you had zero download stat recorded.

Your ratio is upload divided by download. When you divide by zero, you get infinity.

If you see "" (nothing? or you see quotation marks?) as your ratio, it might be that you can't see the infinity character. If you don't know what that is, it looks like the 8 character rotated 90 degrees.

I don't think Chiya understood your situation =)

Ok, yeah it is an infinity symbol.  I know what the symbol is but with my resolution I couldn't tell what it was until I copied and pasted it to a text box.  So that solves that mystery.

With that being said, it has been 24 hours since I have started seeding this file (4GB uploaded of a 1GB file) and my upload and ratio have not increased yet.

From the FAQ:

. Freeleeching: Meanwhile seeding that torrent will continue to improve your ratio and will increase your upload amount. This is an excellent way to improve your ratio.

Do I just need to wait longer than 24 hours to see my upload amount and ratio increase?  Does any of my tracker info I provided look off?

btw, my current ratio is hanging out around .78 so I'm not in danger of getting warned or anything but I would like to keep it up as high as possible.

Thanks.

Freedom Kira:
A large portion of your upload stat is missing in your tracker stats. I'm convinced it's a bug (as I've seen repeated cases/reports of this) but everyone else seems to be convinced that it's fine.

I'd expect about 70% of your upload stat to be updated and 30% to be lost.

But man, 24 hours is nothing, yo. Most of the stuff I'm seeding has been seeding nearly a year, on average 23.5/7.
