That's pretty normal. I would find it more disturbing if you didn't do that. The outside world is a dirty dirty place.

Was about to make a thread, then remembered there were two other threads or so about this.
I shower a lot everyday, minimum of 4 - most usually last 5-10 minutes. I don't take baths (don't even know what to do when I take a bath besides falling a sleep ...).

I believe most logical is to shower some time after you finish at work (or school), finish with excersise - People who work the whole day, eventually go running or something similar and then sit before TV and go to sleep are just filthy. And if you live with a partner then it crosses right to the gross area.
I'd say every evening + everytime you feel like having one / did something dirty / did something sweaty / other occasions it's better to not mention.

I shower to wake up, beyond that it depends on whether I feel itchy or uncomfortably warm or cold.
I felt like making an uncharacteristic sexual remark for a moment, but that urge passed.

why 4?
I cant see myself showering more than twice in 1 day. . .
and baths, its just like a personal-size jacuzzi
