Moving Files make Windows7 slow like turtle

I didnt have a clue that i was paying for good hdd's and couldnt get full of there features ;/

But thats wont be the reason to change my mobo just cuz of that.

Turning off windows write-cache buffer is good idea, and i got UPS too, but I rather want to be safe than sorry ;)
I was thinking about it but naa.
I think my main problem is that i want to move all at once, I need to focuse on doing things one by one, am i right ?

I didnt turn it off, im thinking of it :) but not sure :P like I allways says "Better Save, than Sorry" :)
