Best site to order anime figures and manga...

not sure why is that relevant but I don't think I'll find what I want from Amazon, I'm currently looking for "Monster" 18 volumes and "20th Century Boys" 24 volumes, and if it possible to buy all the volumes in one package or something not sure how to say it.

I'm in Saudi Arabia BTW.

Well, you have a problem then - 20th Century Boys is only up to 10 volumes in English, so good luck finding it.

Holy crap that sux, why wouldn't they finish it, did they gave up to the fansub culture  ;D?

It's an official release, it's just not finished yet. It's still ongoing.

Do you mean the actual release of the manga or the translation?
'cause the Manga finished in like, '07 or something, if they didnt finished it yet I'm expecting a long wait here  :(
