Edit: what does it say beneath Status with the Trackers tab for this torrent?

It gave almost directly 9 seeds when added as active in utorrent, that is, seeds that actually connect, not in brackets. So it must be something on your end...

Is the checkmark on utorrent statusbar green? If not, your port might not be forwarded right...
