Seeding is a process that improves your ratio.  A seeded torrent is one that you have seeded more than you leeched.

Leeching - you are downloading this torrent
Seeding - you have finished downloading this torrent, and are now uploading it for others
Leeched - this torrent is not active.  You have downloaded more than you have uploaded.
Seeded - this torrent is not active.  You have downloaded less than you have uploaded.

The tabs are a bit wonky atm, though, so don't panic if a torrent is listed in a place you don't expect it.  Seeding and leeching should be accurate, though.
