Metroid: Other M

Snuts:
Just spent some quality time with my copy... so far, amazing, and the opening cinematic just made me smile as it should for any Metroid fan. Controls are tight and switching between first and third person is almost seamless. The recharge system is set up to make the game a little more challenging (no drops) but a little challenge is a good thing.
I was a little iffy about the voices when I first saw the trailers but so far they're decent.
Only one small complaint so far and that is that, to me, it feels a lot more constricted than the prime trilogy in terms of the whole open world exploration factor of the games. so far it feels a little overly linear.

So far I like what Team Ninja has done with the series, and I haven't seen any jiggle physics in the game yet so it may disappoint some Dead or Alive fans.

Must go back to playing...

played at a mate's house, and damn I regret selling my wii...
like ya said, the controls are tight and responsive, and the graphics are pretty good too!

I still have to wait three days for the release in Europe. Damn... why are the european releases always the last ones?  :'(
