the reality is very simple, people just don't want to accept it, just take a look at religion etc
or psychology, how many shrinks out there? the best person to help you is yourself, you just need to be honest with yourself and think logically
it's very hard for people to admit that their views are wrong/outdated/uncertain/whatever, very hard to admit they've been living a lie for so long
