I'll always believe that the iPod Classic has TOO MUCH memory ... the only thing to fill that up (and wouldnt be enough) is to fill it with anime. . .wouldnt do that tho. still 240 GB is a lot! its not like it was redesigned

I myself would love a 240Gb Ipod classic. I got a 160Gb currently and I only have about 1/4th of the music I got on there and it's full.  Heck I got 120Gb on this laptop alone not even counting the externals and the NAS

No, they're not better (they're worse in most ways that count). No, their "touchscreen tech" isn't better than anyone else's. Nothing is special about their hardware or software. They do not have better sound quality (it's pretty garbage).

They also suffer from a rather extreme lack of file support. They only support mp3 and mp4 file types (maybe avi?). My player (a Cowon V5; I find the interface comfortable, others don't) supports all of the major file formats for both video and audio (including lossless) as well as supporting soft-subtitles.

And Reggie Fils-Aime is a way better presenter and public speaker than Steve Jobs.

yeah. . I have a library of like 2.8k songs. . .out of all those. . .probably I know 2.5k and the other 300 are completely unknown to me (i wouldnt even know why they are there). . .out of those 2.5k probably 2k have been played once at the most . . .
so. . .i think having 20k songs is kinda useless. . .(IMO)
I mean say each song lasts around 4 mins
thats what 80k minutes worth of music. . .thats *calculates* 55.5 days. . .and thats just playing every song once. . .

who cares if you listen to even song in your library i know i have at least a 1000 songs in mine that are there cuz other people wanted to hear shit. Point being that you make your library as full as possibly so you can use it for entertainment with more people and have a harder time getting bored with your music.
