Download won't start

So I have been trying to download several torrents for over 3 days now, but none of them have started downloading. Is there a problem with my connection or what? Is my account in trouble? I pm'd the admin, but he didn't answered.
I am using the latest version of utorrent and as you can see from my ratio and all, I don't think it's a matter of queue problem or something like that. Please help !

Any error message in the tab "Trackers"? Are you currently downloading anything?

What's this "latest version?" If it's 2.2 alpha, you better downgrade to 2.0.4.

Might as well post my problem here instead. Though i guess the thread itself should be in the Torrent/Tracker Issues board.

My downloads don't even start either. They just stay with "Downloading" status for hours. No error anywhere. Number of leechers jump from 2 to 36 when it's on "Downloading". Again drops to 2 when "Stopped". Same thing with another torrent now. Leechers jump from 5 to 50 when "Downloading". Again back to 5 when "Stopped". In brackets the number is correct, but i can't connect to any seeder. So BBT is having caps now? You can download only a certain amount per day? Although, after restarting the download was working. But i dont wan to restart once every time i give a download on the list. And i use 1.8.5. I tried on 2.0.4 also...maybe. Not that it should be a problem. No error in the "Trackers" tab. I check it first when a torrent has any error.

Edit: Perhaps it just got fixed by itself...No problems now.

Edit 2 : It got revived by itself too. >_>

Restart uTorrent. Seems like this problem manifests itself when uTorrent has been open for a long time, from what I've seen on the boards.
