Yes. I cant force a Protector to act if they dont want to, as there are too many Coin Flips involved.
A Protector will react doe if they get attacked.
Only way special skills will be activated is if they are Possessed into doing so or Forced as a last result.

You don't use coin flips for protectors, you use the randomizer. http://www.random.org/lists/
Whoever comes up as #1 on the list is the protected one, if they didn't message you anything. Same thing's done for killers.

And, it doesn't count as a "killer" player since they're on the innocent's side, but technically "Vigilante" is a killer too.

Okay, seriously?! First of all, it's not against the rules because I didn't write it in the rules. It isn't against the rules because the only one that can't reveal roles is Meomix.
And if you remember, in previous games Kurses said they were the Sheriff and then the Vigilante and they got themselves into some major shit. I'm not stupid... this isn't the kind of move I would make as a killer.
edit: Also, it isn't in my best interests to post this since people already think I'm lying, but this is the part that Meomix just mentioned in Scene 7:

I know I'm not the killer, but that means the game host is trying to tell us someone that's said something so far is a liar.

Your Round 1 also ended many hours ahead of schedule. On my forum time it started at 12:44:49 PM (Noon) and it ended at 7 am? That's 5 hours short at only 19 hours.

Gaah. Come to think of it i started Day 1 at Real Life Time: 6 pm. Then started preparing Day 2 past 12 pm bleeding into 6 am.. At this time exactly Real Life Time: 6 pm, Is when i should have started preparing for Day 2!!! I was under the impression that Forum time was global. No wonder i didn't get enough sleep ( x x)..
I guess i need to recheck the timezone forum settings, as a apology 24 more hours have been added.
Oh and i im in Japan meaning i am 9 hours ahead of everyone else. I hope thats got nothing to do with it.
